DIGITAL & PHYSICAL PRODUCTS: We will replace any product or portion of a physical product which is received in damaged condition, or which was accidentally ordered more than once. We do not refund payments nor grant credits for products which are returned for any other reason. We do not offer refunds on digital products and downloads. Our products are accurately described on our site, and we are always happy to provide web-based support if you email us via our helpdesk. All sales are final.
EVENTS: Unless explicitly stated in connection with a specific product, event or program, we do not offer refunds on events for requests received with less than 30 days written notice. If we cancel an event we will send you a refund within 45 days of the cancellation date if no future date is scheduled. Events that are canceled are normally rescheduled within six months. You will be given the opportunity to attend a replacement event. If event is canceled due to bad weather, death or any other unforeseen circumstance including acts of God, we retain the right to reschedule the event at our discretion within the next six months. If the event is not rescheduled within that time frame we will issue a 100% refund.
EMAIL REQUESTS: We recommend that you fax or mail a hard copy of your refund request via certified mail, as we cannot be responsible for failed email transmissions.
All refund requests must be postmarked at least 30 days from the first day of the event and mailed to:
