A former Procter & Gamble sales executive and teambuilding expert Fran has excelled in three extremely competitive industries: sports, sportscasting and sales. She knows what it takes to break through old paradigms and habits to become your best. Her forte lies in helping poorly functioning families, organizations, and underachieving teams cut through their emotional clutter and fears to create healthy, harmonious relationships, to achieve unimaginable personal, professional and athletic success.
A member of the Houston Comets’ first WNBA Championship team, she was also an alternate on the 1988 United States Olympic team and captain on the University of Texas at Austin’s first and only NCAA Championship team in 1986. Still in love with her favorite sport and highly respected as a fierce competitor, Fran currently coaches an AAU girls basketball team in Dallas where she aims to inspire positive change, instill lasting improvements in attitude and performance, and infuse her athletes with the desire to be successful through her 3 H’s – Heart, Hunger and Hustle.
